How is the budget divided between advertising spend and the agency’s management fee?
We allocate your budget with 100% transparency. Your ad spend will be billed directly by the platform (Meta/Google) to your company’s credit card. Our management fee is billed separately at the beginning of the month. There are no hidden markups or deductions from your ad budget. You can see every rupiah spent in the dashboard.
Is there a long-term contract commitment, or can it be on a monthly basis?
We believe that it’s the results of our work that should keep you with us, not a contractual obligation. That’s why we offer a month-to-month plan with no cancellation fees. You have full control over your investment commitment with us.
Which metrics are the main focus of your reporting?
We don’t measure success solely by “Likes” or “Traffic.” Our reports focus directly on your business metrics: ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and the number of valid leads. We optimize ads to drive actual sales conversions or high-quality leads.
How long does it usually take to see significant results?
